HOW DOES FITNESS BY PHONE WORK®?
The coaching program involves a weekly 20 minute phone call with your certified Fitness by Phone Coach. The coaching session evaluates your progress using a Weekly Fitness Diary that you fill out. Together with your Fitness by Phone Coach, you will consider what life circumstances (family or work) might impede your progress so that you can plan to succeed no matter what!  Setting realistic and attainable goals, using proven planning and tracking tools, and having support and guidance will help you achieve your goals!
