HOW DOES FITNESS BY PHONE WORK®?
The coaching program involves a weekly 20 minute phone call with your certified Fitness by Phone Coach. The coaching session evaluates your progress using a Weekly Fitness Diary that you fill out. Together with your Fitness by Phone Coach, you will consider what life circumstances (family work, etc.) might impede your progress so that you can plan to succeed no matter what!  Setting realistic and attainable goals, using proven planning and tracking tools (see below) and having support and guidance will help you achieve your goals! 

TOOLS OF FITNESS BY PHONE®
1) Accelerometer (Caltrac) -This motivational devise keeps track of your personal activity calorie use during the day.
       

2) Heart Rate Monitor- This accurately measures the intensity of your exercise to help you feel confident that the time you spend exercising will help you achieve your goals.                                
   

3) Fitness Training Fan
- This is a 96 page, easy to read, compact and in depth guide to cardiovascular strength & flexibility training.  This fan is lightweight, on water resistant paper and has 3 complete pre-set workouts.  There are over 74 strength exercises, 20 stretches and training logs to track progress. Also, it is fully illustrated and has instructions using no equipment, minimal equipment or weight resistance machines.
