                  What is Wellcoaching?
    Coaching is an emerging profession that began about 10 years ago. It has been shown that one-on-one coaching is among the most effective approaches to helping people make and SUSTAIN improvements in their lives.
    The relationship between a coach & client offers a profound level of support, guidance and encouragement to making changes, WITHOUT being judgmental.
How the coaching process works:
    
Through safe, open and honest dialog, your coach will help you become more clear on where you are, where you want to be and how to get there. The first step in this process is creating a "Wellness Vision" that you and your coach will work on together. The "Wellness Vision" will include:
  • Your Vision - what you would like to be at your ideal level of wellness
  • Your motivators - in getting to this vision
  • Your Obstacles - things that may get in the way of achieving your "Wellness Vision"
  • Your Strengths - what you can draw on to help you overcome any obstacles
  • Your strategies - how you will overcome any obstacle

The next step will be setting goals, defining an action plan and navigating the path until your goals are reached. Your coach will facilitate learning and help you put the leaning into action. The accountability you feel to yourself and your coach make your commitments in reaching your goals more possible.
